Crossfitting in the hood! This place has got to be somewhere in some slum in Nirobi. Okay maybe not… nonetheless that 160kg on the bar from what it looks like.

I can’t believe in a place like that, the guy has lifting shoes on.

I want to start a crossfit community in the slums somewhere. This picture proves you can do it!
